Walter’s Birth Certificate: Another Cusco Trip

I’m headed to Cusco with Rafael. We are to meet with the Ministerio de Salud there, hopefully to get a birth certificate.

P.S. Steph’s Daddy’s mom, Cleona Dolly, passed away Saturday night. We are sad to be separated from family during this time, but we are rejoicing with heaven that Nanny has gone home.
