Our nephew, Nathan Beery, was here to visit for several weeks. It was good to get to know him as a man. Last we had spent much time together, he was just a little boy.
We had quite a few adventures together. Nathan enjoys working and playing both, so he was well enjoyed by us all. I’ll share just a few random pictures this time, but I might share some specific things later.
The children kept Nathan occupied with books whenever possible.Trying to keep after the grass Ice cream at market Nathan and I got to Cusco several times together over the weeks he was here.He and the older ones went on a few adventures. Here they are at a nearby waterfall.Of course, I had to introduce him to ceviche. 😁
The entrance project will cost around $1,000; $645 has been given—thank you, friends! If you’d like to contribute to the entrance project, you can PayPal me with a note “Farm Entrance Project” (to help me track for taxes).
When we left for church this evening, the backhoe was working on the ditch and entrance. He’ll be back on Monday.
I'm a follower of Jesus who writes about our experiences as missionaries in Peru. My wife Stephanie and I with our nine children live near Cusco in the Anta Valley where we are planting a Christian church.
