Revival Meetings (30 of 100)

Today was the final day of revival meetings.

Andrew Crider from Guatemala was the evangelist. Orlando Rosales was another brother who came along. I’ve really enjoyed having them here and getting to know Orlando.

We had a nice number of visitors every service, for which we were thankful. The services were held in Pacca at Esmeralda’s. She has more room than we do. We did end up taking another bench and shifting things to have enough room.

Kenton Slabaugh is here visiting. I’ve been thankful to have his help in organizing and running and doing little errands and projects. This week would have been much more difficult without him. God knows how to provide just what we need when we need it.

Two couples from Massachusetts (Rondell Stauffer’s and Shawn Reinford’s) came to visit, arriving on Thursday. They’ll be here until Tuesday, I think. I feel like we’re living in luxury with so many brothers and sisters here!

I was especially blessed to be able to share the preaching and other church responsibilities with the brothers. I love hearing from others, and it seemed to bless the church as well.

Rafael, Elizabeth, and Piero came. Percy’s family did too. They heard many clear truths. May the Spirit draw them!

Today we had fellowship meal at Esmeralda’s. Elizabeth stayed for the whole afternoon! We noticed that she covered her head during all of the services and kept her head covered all afternoon today. I sense a longing from her to be part of the church.

Many seeds have been spread, both this week and otherwise. I pray that God will care for them and bring them to harvest.
