The Church in Puno (67 of 100)

We were able to be at a Sunday morning service and a Wednesday evening service with the church in Puno. I preached Sunday morning and recorded it to share with the sisters back in Izcuchaca; however, something went wrong, and the recording came out as 45 minutes of silence. I guess that message was only for them.

For Sunday lunch, they served pollo a la brasa, which is a dish our family thinks we will miss in Guatemala. Different ones of the brothers were telling us how we could learn to make it ourselves.

Tanner had devotions for prayer meeting Wednesday evening. It must have been pretty hard on him because he ended up in a wheelchair! No, I guess he was just enjoying Hna. Magdalena’s softer chair while she wasn’t using it.

It is good to see more people added the church in Puno. I feel like the pastor, Rafael, carries a very heavy load. Please pray for him and the church as the Lord brings them to mind.
